It was a busy weekend for the Instant Physio team! (We are not ready to say bye to summer just yet…) What did we get up to?

1. Emily got MARRIED! Huge congratulations to Emily and her husband Matt. 💍🌟
2. Ed got to meet his brand new baby nephew! 👶
3. Purvi spent some time with her mom at the beach visiting all the way from India 🌊
4. Josh had an active weekend playing a match outside in the sun 🌞
5. Evelyn enjoyed a picnic with her friends in Battersea Park 🧺
6. James went to an outdoor sauna and plunge pool!

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend as much as we did!
