ep personal transformation - guided by psychedelic work, energy practices, and a return to the body. Alongside my corporate career, I’ve spent over two decades working with the body and mind - teaching classical Pilates (which I still offer part time), and training in energy work and tantric practices. Since the age of 18, I’ve been holding space for others, developing a strong capacity to listen deeply and hold what needs to be expressed in order for real, lasting shifts to occur. Hello! My name is Lucy Challenger, and I'm an entrepreneur. I've founded and launched multiple businesses and brands over the many years. My current brand and company is http://www.poloandtweed.com - a luxury recruitment and training agency, based in the heart of Mayfair, London. I work with clients around the world, helping make the perfect match between household and staff, and work with hundreds of candidates coming to us to develop their skills in our training department.
