Exciting improvements are underway at Dulwich Leisure Centre!

Refurbishment of our ladies dryside changing rooms has officially begun!

- full redecoration of the changing room
- refurbished shower areas
- new benches

Don't worry men, we'll be heading straight over to refurb your changing rooms next!
During the works, please use the wetside changing areas, which remain fully available.

Our state-of-the-art gyms feature a full range of cardio equipment to get your heart pumping, a functional training kit to support your daily routine, and strength and resistance machines designed to improve your overall health and fitness, helping you build both physical and mental well-being.

Get ready to jump in - the wait is almost over 💦

We’re excited to announce that the main pool at Canada Water Leisure Centre re-opens on 2 March.

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding and support throughout the closure. We can’t wait to see you on poolside!

Here’s what you need to know:
📅 Public swim bookings open tomorrow afternoon (26 Feb) - keep an eye out and secure your spot!
🏊 STAGES 1–5 swimming lessons will continue in the Teaching Pool
🏊‍♂️ STAGE 6 and above will resume week commencing 9 March

We’re ready to get back in the pool for fun, splash, leisure and laughter!

Swimathon has united swimmers of all ages, abilities, shapes, and sizes in a national celebration of swimming and fundraising. From a solo 500m challenge to the Team 5K, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re taking your first strokes or chasing a personal best, it’s all about having fun, reaching your goals, and supporting vital causes along the way.

Ramadan Fitness: Maintain, Don’t Maximise 🌙

During Ramadan, performance looks different and that’s okay.

Fasting impacts hydration, recovery, and energy levels. This month, the focus shifts from progression to preservation.

Prioritise:
✔️ Light-moderate strength training
✔️ Mobility and flexibility
✔️ 30-45 minute efficient sessions

Recommended training times:
• Before Iftar - Light cardio or short sessions
• 1-2 hours after Iftar - Strength training (once fuelled)
• Before Suhoor - Mobility or low-intensity work

Ramadan is about discipline and balance; your training should reflect both.

We host a wide range of classes for all abilities, so whatever you’re in the mood for, come along and move, dance, lift, stretch, and relax with us. Whether your goal is losing weight, improving fitness, or building strength, you’ll find a class that keeps you motivated in a friendly and encouraging environment.

We offer both 30-minute express sessions and 60-minute full classes, ranging from low-impact to high-energy workouts, making it easy to find something that fits your schedule and fitness level.

Free wellbeing activities - 30 January. Tell your friends and join us.

To mark London’s Great Mental Health Day we've got a great range of free wellbeing and mental health–boosting activities across our centres. From calming sound baths and yoga to uplifting dance, community walks, outdoor fitness, barre and group fitness sessions, these activities are designed to help you slow down, get moving, and feel more connected.
