Villa Maria Development Proposal

We wanted to keep you updated on some exciting future proposals we have to improve Villa Maria Private Nursing Home.

We have recently submitted plans to Croydon Council to extend Villa Maria. These plans involve adding 14 new bedrooms to the site and to extend the front entrance area of the building from the ground up to the second floor.

The proposed changes will allow Villa Maria to utilise its second floor as a whole new care floor with its own Lounge & Nurse stations. In addition to this we are proposing a small double story extension to the laundry side of the building & rebuild the conservatory providing a more purposeful environment.

The changes proposed will also allow us to make some internal amendments to the existing layout creating a modern care friendly environment for our residents & staff.

All of the plans will be available to view on the Croydon planning portal in due course.

We are hoping for this to commence at some stage in 2025. We will of course keep you informed of the developments as and when they happen. 😄😄
