We have some great news for those of you who have been following our growth!
After months of listening to family, friends, and colleagues, including those of African heritage who have expressed a desire to invest in our company, but can't meet the minimum individual investor ticket....
We have had enough interest to be able to instruct our lawyers to set up a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to enable family, friends, colleagues and members of the pan-African community who can’t meet our usual minimum individual investment to invest collectively in MedTech Solutions.
For those unfamiliar, an SPV is a legal entity created solely to pool investments from multiple people, so you can participate together as one investor. This means that with as little as a *$99 (USD)* investment, you can join and still be part of our exciting trajectory.
