Fresh Air. Change in the indoor training routine. Mental health boost and much more. Great weather incoming 🤞 level up your outdoor routine. Running, walking, hiking or why not joining a local bootcamp group to add to it some fun socials.

Here is a great example of outdoor training. David Lloyd Battlebox. Ok. We might be biased as we are the (proud) official partner of all the Battlebox clubs around UK and EU but the mix of style of classes, and how accesible they make it to all is a big plus for us. Including one of our favourites, the family ones. So much fun and what a great way to set up example and help with the children’s overall wellbeing.

Outdoor classes have increased in demand over the years. So hopefully we will be seeing more and more of this places outside of gyms and parks but also existing in their own right.

For now. Enjoy the weekend and venture yourself outdoors more often. The benefits are fabulous!

A Weight Training Studio Story 💪 ….when against all the odds the studio is a success. Stoked to be their partner.

Let us introduce you to Vi, with their incredible owners Sam and Abi. Business partner and outstanding trainer get together making it work. Their relationship started as PT and client. But shared ambitions and passions – including strength training and outstanding coffee – turned it into a partnership.

Their goal? To create a studio driven not only by results, but by inclusivity.
To build a beautiful, friendly, and welcoming space that people of all ages and fitness appetites can enjoy.

The concept is simple, a boutique strength studio offering expert personal training in class sizes of up to five, with 50-minute, full-body, weight-based sessions.

The personal touches are next level across all the experience. From look and feel, through to communications and coaching.

Aside from all this, they have made it work as female founders with a new born (congrats Abi again) 💪

Boutique, small personal experiences may not be dead after all, what do you think?
