Extreme short-term interventions don’t resolve insulin resistance, visceral fat, or metabolic dysfunction.
They just create a temporary calorie deficit and a lot of stress on the body 😖
Your metabolism doesn’t reset in three days.
It responds to consistent signals over time: stable blood sugar, adequate protein, daily movement, sleep, and reduced inflammation.
Fasting on sardines might make the scale move briefly ⚖️
It won’t improve metabolic flexibility, hormone balance, or long-term fat loss.
If your metabolism feels “broken,” the solution isn’t restriction, it’s better metabolic support.
