Hi there 👋🏼

I’m Dr Emmie - psychologist, mum and founder & creator of Hero Cards. As an adult, working as a psychologist in the NHS, I saw the same patterns in the people I treated - struggles that often began in childhood. Our mission is simple: to give kids practical, proven tools to build emotional strength before they experience inevitable life struggles. Because mental health should be about prevention, not cure.
