To tell you the truth, I have always loved cooking and trying new foods from a young age. I spent long summers in Turkey enjoying the Mediterranean cuisine with my family (my father is Turkish). However, on my year out, I worked in a cheesecake and ready meal factory and ended up gaining extra weight which didn’t make me feel my best.
I then started to ‘diet’ but it didn't work as it made me unhappy to calorie count all the time. I felt frustrated that to achieve a healthy weight I had to miss out on my favourite meals and restrict or go on slimming shakes. I wanted to have my cake and eat it too, I felt I was worth more than a powered sachet and life was too short not to let my inner foodie experience and enjoy life.
Once I studied Nutrition and Coaching, I came across tools and recipes that would get me in shape without making me unhappy or miserable! Learning health and mindset hacks allowed me to keep realistic healthy habits which shifted my life for the better. My passion for food and compassion for other people has led me to start The Delicious Transformation Program.
I wanted to create a positive tribe where I could send a new meal plan every week with a shopping list getting people the physical results and feeling of being in control. It is my mission to inspire other foodies out there, that it is possible to lose weight and sustain it WHILST ENJOYING FOOD. It is my mission to help you realise YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN slimming pills and starvation. It is my mission to help you realise YOU ARE ENOUGH whatever size you are and health isn't about being skinny.
