FACIAL SLIMMING, CONTOURING + PIGMENTATION REDUCTION • Internal laser lipolysis with Endolift achieves selective fat melting achieves facial slimming, V-shape contouring and skin tightening. This is supplemented with a single session of Lutronic LaseMD surface laser with topical tranexamic acid for pigmentation reduction by my skin therapist . ENDOLIFT ALONE vs ENDOLIFT WITH FILLER CONTOURING • Full face Endlolift for tightening, contouring and lifting can be performed as a standalone treatment... or combined at a later stage with small amounts of filler creatively placed to enhance specific contours (the chin and jawline in this case, 1.5ml). My view is that the combined approach is best if your aim is to maximally define and frame the lower face.

SCAR LYFT™ ACNE SCAR REDUCTION • We combine two laser modalities in one treatment protocol to achieve both internal and external scar reduction.

1. Internal laser subcision creates subcision of deeper scars, stimulates collagen and helps tighten skin. The use of ultrasound guidance minimises fat reduction in this process by ensuring laser treatment is performed at skin level, not within fat.

2. Second round treatment involves CO2 laser of the skin surface, which helps soften more superficial scars. The result is near-complete correction of acne scars.

After years of refining this protocol I have now been able to treat even the most resistant scars.
