ENDOLIFT FACIAL CONTOURING • A striking cheek, jawline and neckline contouring with V-shape facial enhancement achieved with a single session of Endolift only (no dermal filler).

Facial contouring with Endolift is nuanced in understanding where to selectively reduce fat versus which areas to preserve fat volume... a truly creative approach to subcutaneous laser and as such, it is one of my favourite approaches. A remarkable transformation for a remarkable patient.

ENDOLIFT LASER • Cheek enhancement, jowl reduction, lower face V-shape enhancement and neck-line contouring all achieved with Endolift internal laser. I often like to hyaluronic acid filler at follow up in small quantities to address small details, like the chin contour in this case to enhance the V-shape results. The global result is a lifted effect, and generally lasts about 3 years. Thanks to this wonderful patient for letting me take her on this journey.

FULL FACE ENDOLIFT • Here is an Endolift-only result after 90 days. Shared without any other onward treatment to demonstrate the contouring, lifting and tightening results achieved from this treatment exclusively. It creates an aura of super natural-looking enhancement in the lower face and a remarkable skin texture improvement.

Potential onward treatment I would recommend for further enhancement (not sought during this follow up visit) would be non-ablative laser to brighten and glow the skin, and chin filler enhancement for lower face profile correction).

ENDOLIF LOWER FACE • Fat reduction combined with tightening of skin helps to debulk a double chin appearance and lift the neck line. This type of lower face appearance often requires 2 sessions of Endolift (4-6 months apart).

Filler enhancement is the last step in this process (once Endolift results develop) and is used in small quantities to re-build a weak chin. This improves the overall jawline-chin profile.

Endolift laser results last several years.

FACIAL SLIMMING, CONTOURING + PIGMENTATION REDUCTION • Internal laser lipolysis with Endolift achieves selective fat melting achieves facial slimming, V-shape contouring and skin tightening. This is supplemented with a single session of Lutronic LaseMD surface laser with topical tranexamic acid for pigmentation reduction by my skin therapist .
