If you found yourself trying it ALL and nothing is working, it's time to switch gears. 2026 is the year we move from Chat GPT fertility plans to moments that matter.

How? learn about your body, make observable habit based changes. Think small and low effort but deeply personal.

This might be the shift your body has been asking for.

Fertility isn’t about doing more.
It’s about helping your body feel SAFE.

When your body feels safe, it has the energy and nutrients to support
things like egg quality, hormone balance, uterine lining, s***m quality

When it doesn’t feel safe? Fertility takes a back seat. And fertility is one of the most energy-intensive processes in the body.

Knowing you’re depleted is helpful.
And knowing WHY you’re depleted is what actually changes fertility outcomes.

✨ If you’re ready to stop guessing, Googling, and piling on random protocols and start strategically optimizing your fertility, DM me READY ✨

"So when are you having kids?"

For many of us, being around family and friends this time of year is more than just a simple dinner or celebration. It’s dealing with those nosy questions, being surrounded by kids, and the personal unsolicited advice that can make the fertility journey feel harder.

I remember after Christmas dinner one year, my Aunt saying, “so, when are you finally going to give this man a baby?” I just laughed it off but the question lingered and the comments kept coming …

I always wished I'd had the perfect response to give to questions about kids.

I find that once you have a strategy and a few standard responses, it allows you to set your boundaries and it lessons the stress of the unknown question you may get from nosy Aunt Florence.

If you have ever wanted that perfect response then I am excited to share my little secrets in this PDF. I made a list of 15 responses that are my absolute favourites whether you want to put some humour behind it or set some hard boundaries. I also have a few other free resources to support you this holiday season.

And let me know what worked well for you and what your "go-to" responses are?

Supplements are amazing but they are not miracle workers. They can’t do their job if you have poor sleep, poor nutrition, high cortisol. If the work isnt being done, all you get is expensive p*e.

You are not doing anything wrong. It's that your body’s been stuck in survival mode - and it’s exhausted.

The to do lists
The restriction
The endless tracking
The pressure to "do it right"

The perfectionism can put your nervous system to the test and keep you in overdrive.

Here's the truth:
If your nervous system is on high alert, it quietly drains your fertility.

And if you're like most of the women I work with, you have said or thought some of these.

But the good news is that there are ways to regulate and balance while still feel like you are doing everything you can for yourself.

If this feels like you but you are not sure where to start, DM me and let's discuss a new fertility strategy for you. Or just follow along for fertility guidance and support.

Snakes are also technically true!

Although it wasn't the best place to talk about infertility, it got me thinking about all the times I lied about how I was feeling.

All the times I said I was "fine" but I was breaking on the inside.

All the times I said we were just "enjoying us" right when we were at a fertility clinic.

Or that we were just "going with the flow" when I was spiralling down the rabbit hole trying to find anything that would work.

Yup, I had mastered the lie to keep my heart safe.

Anyone else?

4 ways to support your fertility without losing your mind!

When you feel like you’ve tried everything- the tracking, the supplements, cutting out gluten and dairy. But still feel like nothing is working.

You immediately want to supplement stack, restrict your diet again, try it more perfectly. Oh boy I have been there myself. 🙈

Sometimes when you go back to basics - its the simple habits you create that allows your hormones to balance, you nervous system to feel safe, your cortisol to regulate.

You don’t have to overthink or over plan any of these. Take one change at a time.

5 Fertility Habits that are worth doing
(even when you are short on time)

===================================

I searched high and low for the things to short cut my fertility journey and get pregnant fast. But there are some places are worth investing in, spending your time doing.

Here are the places I wouldn’t skip:

1. Balance that blood sugar even if you don’t have PCOS. Incorporating protein, healthy fats, fibre in all your meals (including breakfast). Supports hormones and ovulation.

2. Your nervous system is often neglected and it’s important for your fertility. Practicing ways to regulate your cortisol and manage stress to support your hormones production and cycles. Example: deep breathing, meditation, journalling, etc

3. Understand your fertile window will maximise your chance of pregnancy. While I am not against LH, it doesn’t confirm ovulation and it stresses women out! So track cervical mucus and BBT to understand your cycle better.

4. Nourish your body through food and supplements. Don’t skip those meals and invest in a good quality prenatal (and other targeted supplements if you need them).

5. Get that sleep! It’s underestimated how god sleep is for your fertility. It regulates cortisol, balances hormones and lets your cells rest and recover.

If you need any support, DM me to go through your fertility plan to fish on the things that matter.

One of the most frustrating things for a Type A, overachieving brain is when you follow the rules, do all the right things, you work really hard for it and then...NOTHING.

If you are stuck in the perfection cycle and not sure how to break out of it without feeling like you are losing momentum, I've got you! Book a free call so we can chat or just follow along for more fertility inspiration to support you along the way!

I would say...
"We are saving for a house"
"We are just taking it slow and see what happens"
"No, not yet but we will see in the future"

Because my inner critic was LOUD.
📣you waited too long
📣you are missing a trick
📣you are doing something wrong

I thought hard work = results and I tried HARD. So when it wasn't working I felt like I was failing at something that so many people (seemingly) found easy.

But you don't need to lose yourself in the research and piecing together fertility advice from social media. If you are ready to swap:
💪Burned out for back in control
🤝Stress for actual support
💕Anxiety for an actual plan

That is where my signature programme The Fertility Blueprint for Busy Women comes in. Ready for September. If you want to learn more, jump into one of my free 30 min calls.

Anyone feel like they need to go back to Bio 101?

You are not alone ❤️ You can have multiple degrees, lead teams, hit goals, and still feel completely lost when it comes to your fertility.

And that’s not your fault.

We were never taught how to understand our cycles - let alone how our cortisol levels, thyroid function, insulin, nutrition or toxins are impacting our fertility. Not to mention how our brain - body connection works.

I know you are doing everything you can to get pregnant. And sometimes having a coach to help you navigate this along the way is a game changer when things become overwhelming.

Here are a few ways I have helped my clients:

💡How to understand their cycle putting in less than 5 min per day
💡Used a 5 step framework to switch from "depletion mode" to "conception mode" AND that fits into her lifestyle
💡 Not to get sabotaged by our brains whether that is perfectionism, busy life, trying to do it all
💡Regulate the nervous system and creating a sense of safety

So they can finally feel confident and in control of their fertility journey.

I am working on a new programme for my over 35yo busy women so you don't have to walk away from your day job to figure out your fertility.

📩 DM me if you want to learn more about this new programme.
