• Morning coffee pottering around in the garden and enjoying seeing everything come into bloom 🌷

• A walk to the beach (more coffee) and to sit and read some pages of my book in the sun

• Late afternoon Yin & Meditation class followed by an outdoor swim, steam and sauna setting myself up for the week ahead

Spring is on her way 🌸🌼☀️

Join me for my last session at Fairkytes Art Centre 10-11 before the lovely takes on the class from April 21.

We’ll celebrate the Spring Equinox with a lovely flow followed by some Yin poses leading to a wonderful meditation 🤍

**CALLING ALL YOGA TEACHERS**

It’s with a heavy heart that due to the craziness that is life I am dropping my Sunday class at Fairkytes Art Centre 😔

However, I would love to find someone to take over from me and keep the class going for my lovely, dedicated Yogi students.

Since taking on the class over a year ago, we have built a lovely community who meet every Sunday for a gentle flow in the main room at Fairkytes looking out on to the beautiful gardens (and wildlife, we often see foxes, Squirrels, and Terrapins!!) 🌳
