The last few weeks on the run up to Christmas I have enjoyed providing On Site Massage for workplace and staff, At the clinic both Therapeutic and relaxation treatments for clients. Many have been feeling stressed and trying to meet deadlines.

Love working with the ongoing project for Parkinson Charity providing massage and reflexology, for those living with Parkinson and their carers - who all greatly benefit.

Feeling positive and looking forward to the Coming Year... 😊

May has been National Mental Health Awareness month... with a special dedicated week from 13th to 19th May 2024. It is very much about reaching out, support and letting those facing Mental Health know that they are not Alone... It could be a family member, friend or work colleague, by talking about mental health openly creates a space. To make a difference and easier for those needing help and support.

On Site Massage within the workplace can provide an opportunity for staff to take 15, 20 to 30 minutes out of their busy day to relax and for self-care. The benefits of massage are well known to aid both the mind and body, especially for the nervous system.

On Site Massage whereby the Therapist comes to the office which makes Massage much more accessible for staff. A regular massage can help work related muscle discomfort, chronic pain, RSI, posture, mobility and body awareness. Massage encourages relaxation of mind and body, reduces stress and related issues i.e. sleep, anxiety, digestive and more.

Let's make massage apart of our health and wellness!

What a Fab way to Celebrate Women's Day with Seated Chair Massage at a workplace event for female employees.

A perfect gesture to say thank you to staff for all their hard work and feel valued. Every single one of the employees was just beaming with excitement...

I had an ideal room space which was quiet and very relaxing...

On Site massage is applied in an Urban style chair making massage more accessible almost anywhere. It's an energising treatment which is good for Stress and the whole body. Seated Japanese Acupressure helps release tension within the muscles. Especially great for desk-based workers to ease back and posture related conditions. The treatments are 15, 20, and 30 minutes long.

Fabulous few days providing Holistic treatments for a week long Wellness initiative for staff at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and clinics. To say a Big Thank You to all employees for their hard work.

Many are suffering tension, achy backs, shoulders, and necks from their job. Spending an excessive amount of time on computers, laptops, and phones. Often staying later and working so many more hours, at home and in the office. Feeling quite stressed due to workloads despite loving their caring profession.

To celebrate food, cakes and Wellness treatments for staff were offered.

Alongside a team of On-Site therapists I helped to treat midwifes, doctors, nurses, keyworkers, and support.

The staff are amazing and very grateful for their Massage treatments.

I am excited to be providing massage at the workplace for desk-based staff on the 10th of October which is World Mental Health Day! There will be lots of local activities and events throughout the month of October... with a focus on Health.

Massage is beneficial for body and mind. Stress held within the body has an overall impact for your health.
