Living Essence is the name of my energy therapies practice, which is all about transformation, consciousness and reconnection. I help people process and release emotional baggage, trauma and limiting beliefs, so they can transcend their limitations and remember who they truly are - a living, divine Essence - spiritual beings having a human experience. I companion my clients on their journey towards emotional freedom, purpose and healing - a journey that leads towards peace with the Human Condition.

Love this! But even quicker: Instead of thinking "I got to ...." I shall be thinking "I get to..." . Just change one vowel and change a whole perspective and reframe!
