We are pleased to share that Divergent Thinking is now Good Market approved.

Good Market is a global digital commons for people and organisations creating a better world, so it is great to see Divergent Thinking recognised as part of that community.

This reflects what sits at the heart of the work: practical neuroinclusion, social impact, and helping organisations create environments where different minds can thrive.

We are pleased to share that Divergent Thinking UK is now a Certified Social Enterprise through Social Enterprise UK.

We didn’t set this up just to “do neurodiversity training”.

The aim is to help organisations make practical changes that improve life for neurodivergent and disabled people

This feels like a useful marker of that purpose.

Thanks to everyone who has supported, booked, recommended, challenged, or encouraged the work so far.

Onwards.

Really pleased to share that Divergent Thinking has been nominated for the National Diversity Awards 2026 in the Community Organisation Award for Disability category.

It’s lovely to see this recognised.

Divergent Thinking was created to help build a world where neurodivergent people are better understood, better supported, and more able to thrive without having to hide who they are. This nomination reflects the power of lived experience, practical action, and all the brilliant people and organisations who have trusted us to be part of their journey.

A genuine thank you to everyone who has supported, collaborated, encouraged, and championed the work.

Yesterday we were at University of Essexex / Essex Business School for Building the Blueprint for Neuroinclusive Workplaces 🧠🌻

AM: research on neurodivergent workers + wellbeing
PM: co-creation to turn evidence into practical HR + policy guidance

Big takeaway: neuroinclusion scales when it’s work design — clarity, better coordination, usable feedback, early support, and progression that isn’t “luck-of-the-manager”.

Huge thanks to Dr Raysa Geaquinto Rocha and everyone in the room 💛

We’re heading to the University of Essex for Building the Blueprint for Neuroinclusive Workplaces — a co-creation day focused on what actually improves work for neurodivergent people (not just well-meaning policy).

📍 University of Essex
🗓️ Tomorrow (25 March 2026)
🕙 10:00–16:00

Expect two halves:
• Morning: research insights on neurodivergent workers + wellbeing
• Afternoon: practical workshops to co-create implementable guidance for HR and policy

If you’re attending, come say hi — we’ll be there representing Divergent Thinking and sharing a short lightning talk on bridging research and real-world workplace practice.

Pleased to share that Divergent Thinking is now officially a Disability Confident Committed employer.

As a neurodiversity consultancy, it felt important that our own commitments reflect the standards we encourage in other organisations, from inclusive recruitment and accessible communication to reasonable adjustments and creating environments where disabled and neurodivergent people can thrive.

This is a small but meaningful step, and one that aligns closely with the work we care about most: turning inclusion from good intentions into everyday practice.

Looking forward to continuing that journey.

It’s been a real pleasure working with the ABC Chambers Solutions team to build a practical, chambers-ready neuroinclusive training module — designed for the realities of clerking, pupillage, supervision, recruitment, and day-to-day communication (not generic corporate theory).

If you work in chambers and want something that’s genuinely usable on Monday morning, this one’s for you.

Thanks for handing the blog over for Neurodiversity Celebration Week 🙌

Loved delivering the training with the team, and this article builds on what early years staff already do best: notice, adapt, reduce stress.

For Neurodiversity Celebration Week (17–22 March), Tynemouth Nursery Group has kindly handed the blog over for a guest post on a topic that feels especially relevant in early years settings: neuroinclusion. This builds on the training we recently delivered with the team, including an all-staff Fou...

Proud to share this one.

For Neurodiversity Celebration Week, Huckletree invited me (Divergent Thinking) to write about something I see constantly in high-performing teams: neurodiverse thinking is a real advantage when it’s supported properly.

Here’s the blog:
https://www.huckletree.com/blog/post/neurodiverse-thinking-is-a-competitive-advantage-and-huckletree-is-built-for-it

Would love to know what resonates (or what you’d add).

To mark Neurodiversity Celebration Week (16–20 March), Huckletree has handed today’s blog over to Divergent Thinking UK. That felt like a natural fit, because Huckletree is exactly the kind of ecosystem where different thinking styles aren’t a “nice to have” — they’re often the reason ...
