YES, OF COURSE WE DO! 😉

The full ground floor of The GlassHouse is officially ours, and we’re about to transform it into our brand new Reformer Pilates studio, along with a fresh reception space and upgraded changing rooms + bathroom.

Works start next week, so expect plenty of behind-the-scenes content and exciting updates… Keep an eye on your inbox!

In the meantime, here’s a little upgrade you can already enjoy: our new mats have arrived from - ultra-durable, with high-density cushioning to protect your joints, a closed-cell surface to block bacteria, and superior grip for a stable practice. They do need a short break-in period, but once they’re ready, you’ll feel the difference.

On March 14th, you are invited to soften your pace and shift from “doing” to simply “being” for 2 hours.

No milestones to chase. No intensity on the body. No quick fixes to pursue.

In our Restorative Yoga workshop with , you will explore the quiet power of stillness through floor-based restorative poses, gentle breathwork, and a guided meditation.

If part of you wonders whether slowing down could ever be “enough,” you may be surprised by how deeply transformative this practice can be for both your mind and body. In its own way, it can be just as powerful as a high-intensity session, while leaving your nervous system feeling grounded, balanced, and restored.

Meet Damaris (also known as Dee) 🧘🏽‍♂️
He’s one of the latest additions to our instructor team and we’re so thrilled to have him.

Damaris has been teaching yoga for over 12 years across London. His classes are strong, energetic power/vinyasa flows that are physically challenging, while always encouraging students to listen to their bodies. He places a strong emphasis on the breath, reminding you to reconnect with both your breath and your body throughout the practice.
🎶 You can also expect a curated music playlist to help you stay present, get out of your head, and move with the rhythm of the flow.

Why now is a good time to lean into mindful movement (such as vinyasa and pilates)?

In case you wonder, here’s why (in short):

❄️ Support your body in winter

Cold weather and long commutes often create muscular stiffness. Flow and Pilates classes gently increase circulation, mobilise joints and build warmth safely.

⚖️ Balance social energy

After the intensity of December, mindful movement offers a reset. A space to reconnect with yourself physically and emotionally.

🌊 Maintain emotional stability

End-of-year reflections, family obligations, and deadlines can heightened emotions. The combination of movement, breath, and focus can help regulate shifting moods without suppressing them, creating a calm, healthy middle ground.
