1. Connect to your Higher Self. Acknowledging our connection to the divine allows us to access infinite unconditional love, wisdom, and support.

2. Implement daily grounding rituals. By intentionally connecting our energy to the earth, we can come back to a place of balance and stability.

3. Listen to your bodyโ€™s wisdom. Our bodies naturally provide us with signs of what we need, so itโ€™s important to heed them through self-care and self-compassion.
