The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.”

Namaste 👋🏽

It’s been a while since we posted, as huge life events and changes take place .

The studio became a place for miraculous new life to enter the world and Pregnancy Yoga was put to full use for who has a beautiful newborn baby!

And, though classes and some treatments have been ongoing we decided to hibernate with a social media break.

However we are peeping out to say hello 👋🏽 and send you as much health , peace and abundance you can possibly contain for 2025 .

Coming up this season , you can expect :

🌱 Yoga classes with Kat - Wednesdays and Thursdays @3:00pn and 6:30pm and Saturday mornings @9:30am

🌱 New Yoga classes with Daria on Fridays

🌱 Rest to Revive sessions tbc

🗓️ This Saturday 18th January will host a beautiful Heart Path Women’s Circle with .uk
and Such a wonderful way to connect with yourself and an intimate group on the journey.

As we begin to wind down on this day of hope - the longest one 🌞 Shout out to all those who have made a commitment and dedicated to the practice of yoga and Salutations to the sun on Summer Solstice 2024 and International Day of Yoga!

A turning point in the year when two of the most beautiful and spiritual days of the year come together.

The Summer Solstice represents the next step in the divine rhythm of new beginnings. It is a gentle reminder to turn inwards and treat ourselves to the nourishment that we need to grow.

Our favourite way to practice yoga during the Summer Solstice is to step onto our mats with no expectations and allow our bodies to move (or not move!) in whatever way they need to.

This can be such a healing practice and will also help teach you how to tune into your intuition.

A Surya Namaskar sequence is particularly enlivening and we have a great adaption for Pregnancy where we substitute laying on the belliy in cobra for a beautiful freeing sensation.

Tag someone who reminds of sunshine and yoga !

🌞 🧘🏾‍♀️ 🌞

And thank you to all.the teachers who have enabled this practice to be shared by as many as possible.

Calling all magical women ✨

“When women gather with an intention to hold, to listen, to co-create, and to empower, the possibilities for genuine transformation and impact on the culture are endless.”

Summer brings a sense of hope, optimism, joy, and adventure. With the sun as it’s peak and nature in full bloom, it’s a season of warmth and vitality - a time for embracing our most vibrant selves and celebrating the light that shines within us.

On Saturday 29th June, join Katie (Wholeheartedly You) for a special Summer mini retreat at Bija garden uniting meditation, sound healing, journaling, oracle cards, and more. Reflecting on this HG Awareness Day which took place yesterday with HOPE.

Those who suffer, endure for much more than a day.

Hyperemesis Gravidarium (HG) is a debilitating condition that affects approximately 3% of women during pregnancy. Whilst nausea and vomiting are common (and very unpleasant!) side effects of pregnancy, HG is a much more severe condition that can cause a whole host of unwanted and dangerous side effects.

Trigger warning : Sensitive content

Imagine feeling so nauseous, sick and sensitive to smells that even your partner can’t get close enough to comfort you. Being unable to swallow your own saliva without vomiting it back up. Feeling so unwell that you have to lay in a dark room for weeks - even months! And worrying about how feeling this way could affecti your unborn baby. This is a reality for some women during pregnancy.

Join Pregnancy Sickness Support as they raise awareness about HG’s Impact during HG Awareness Month and provide year round support.

Here’s how to get involved:

🌿 TRUST a woman who is suffering and don’t minimise it to just a bad bout of “regular morning sickness” . Ginger doesn’t help this.

🌿 Stay informed about the various medications available . It’s never a one size fits all.

🌿 MEET other HG survivors

🌿 SHARE your HG story

🌿 FUNDRAISE for HG education & research

🌿 INVITE others to follow the these organisations PREGNANCY SICKNESS SUPPORT

🌿Watch the documentary via produced by a survivor

🌿 DONATE
