According to Ayurveda, the practice of gratitude is the key to discovering grace. Gratitude can warm our hearts and link us to the experience of oneness, love and expansion. We can see the world through the lens of what is right with the world, which brings joy, inspiration and lightness to our hearts.
The vibration of love and wishing well that comes with gratitude can benefit others around us. When we are more peaceful we can bring this feeling to others, radiating goodness into our world.

☽ Mum and i are both reiki master and we love create magical stuff together

☽ Due to our own energy field constantly taking in and giving out vibrations, the surrounding energies that we come into contact with will affect our own energy.

☽ To cleanse your energetic field and aura after a long day or before meditation you can create this

𓆃 Mix in a bowl coarse salt, sage, rosemary !

𓆃 This is the base and it would already be perfect like this!

𓆃 We added our favorites dried herbs 🌿 rose petals 🌹 and infuse the mix with reiki energy

𓆃 Create your mini bowl now ! Put the mix you create in a gauze and seal it with some raffia thread or you could use a spear socket as well 🫶🤍😄

𓆃 It should be tied to the shower in such a way that the jet of water runs over the bag first and then washes your body

𓆃 Or even more relaxing take a bath, adding more of this magical infusion, some fresh rose petals and don’t forget to light candles and aromatherapy
