Hi everyone!

I thought I’d share here about my next Cacao Ceremony coming up in South London! 🤗

For anyone who hasn’t attended one yet, I guide through a powerful experience I’ve curated combining all I learnt through training with a Shaman in Guatemala to work with Cacao as a plant medicine, with my transformational life coaching and hypnotherapy techniques.

In these sessions I guide people through making life-changing shifts and breakthroughs. Together with my expertise as a medical professional to also share how this practice is rooted in science. Along with coaching through how to incorporate the shifts into everyday life and create real and lasting change.

It’s a really uplifting, transformational experience that I have shared globally and yearly at events such as Glastonbury and Mind body spirit festival. And I’m bringing it back to London! ✨

With a heavy heart, honouring my teacher, the Keith Wilson who has sadly passed away 🙏🏼🤎

I have so much to be grateful to him for and will always continue to share about him and his work with Cacao. Teaching us about the power of cacao for guidance, for healing as a powerful facilitator to assist us with aligning with our higher selves.

I met Keith in 2012 when I was at a loss with extreme chronic pain and with no sign of hope from doctors. I was told I could end up in a wheelchair and offered allsorts of crazy solutions to ease the unbearable pain I used to have in my shoulders. From facet joint injections all down my cervical spine, to removing my first rib! At one point I was on strong morphine-based pain relief and managed in the end to get by with high levels of tramadol. I lost my job as a surgical and anaesthetic specialist and was fast losing hope.

I was strongly guided to go to Guatemala on what became a quest for healing and discovery of the power of the mind body connection and how to activate the bodies natural healing potential. The catalyst for which being a Cacao ceremony with Keith. It was such a profound experience, I ended up living in Guatemala for over a year to work with a learn from Keith. Where not only did I overcome fibromyalgia and become pain free, i totally transformed my life. And Keith was a huge influence

Thank you Keith for all of your wisdom, guidance and teachings that you have shared with me over these 12 years. I feel honoured and so grateful to have been one of your students. ✨🤎✨

Nice to just see this memory come up on Fb after coming back from a beautiful cacao ceremony with a really lovely group of people ☺️

That 10 years today, I hosted my first cacao ceremony in London when my teacher Keith, the Cacao Shaman came to visit and shared a special ceremony for us in London 🤎

So doing my last ceremony of 2023, feels like the perfect way to mark a decade of sharing Cacao ceremonies here in the UK.

It has been the most amazing ride! Taking me to some amazing places- the first person to bring cacao ceremonies to Glastonbury Festival and now part of the healing fields family 💗 My beautiful retreats in Ibiza and Guatemala, being flown out to share on retreats in Thailand, being selected as Chelsea FCs female entrepreneur of the year and even invited to share on an episode of TOWIE.
