Daily bloating that builds from morning to evening is rarely a single food issue and instead it is usually a digestive issue.
When digestion is working efficiently, meals are broken down and moved forward without accumulating pressure across the day. When that process slows, symptoms compound. By late afternoon, the abdomen reflects it.
If this intensifies premenstrually, that is another clinical clue. Hormonal shifts can amplify an already inefficient digestive pattern.
This is why I do not begin with food elimination. I begin with digestive regulation.
