I wish I had found gentle yoga sooner. Maybe I would’ve avoided burnout, maybe I would’ve been less stressed in my 20’s, maybe I would’ve done more yoga. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The 100 hours will be split over 3 modules:

Module 1 - Restorative Yoga
Module 2 - Yin Yoga
Module 3 - Yoga Nidra

Swipe on the slides to read more about each module. This is not an exhaustive list. If you want more details hop into my DMs and let’s chat.

You can participate in the full 100 hours or take individual modules. If you choose an individual module you’ll receive a certificate for that specific module on completion.

This training is open to yoga teachers and students who want an immersive experience to learn more about Yoga for Rest.

I still see people making too much effort in Restorative classes 😑

Maximum effort = Minimum Relaxation

We live in a society that tells us more is better.

⬆️The more effort you make the better outcome you’ll have

⬆️The more hours you work the better you’ll look to management

⬆️The more you give of yourself the more people will like you

This is hustle culture at its best and there’s no space for it when you are working towards a Rested mind and body.

In Restorative yoga less is better:

⬇️Less effort = more relaxation
⬇️Less focus = more release

“8 Ways To Make Your Home More Peaceful”

“In a world that can feel chaotic and demanding, introverts often find solace and rejuvenation in solitude. ☺️

The art of recharging your energy within the comfort of your own space is a powerful and necessary practice, but what if your home doesn’t feel calming? 😫

What if it feels overwhelming or overstimulating, and stops you from being able to recharge?🪫

I don’t know about you but when my home is messy, with laundry piled up on the bed, or clutter everywhere, I feel overwhelmed. 😖

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not spending all day tidying my home and ensuring that it looks meticulous. 👀

As I write this blog I have dirty dishes on my coffee table from breakfast, my bed isn’t made and there are boxes from deliveries taking over my lounge that need to go to the bins.

Some days are like this, but I know that I feel more at peace when everything has a place and my home is clutter-free.”

This is my energy today. I’m battling between my to do list and the need to Rest. So what do I do on days like this? 🤔

Prioritize and distribute my to do list through the rest of the week and remember that tomorrow is another day. 🫶🏼

Everything will not fall apart if you take 1 day to Rest. 😴
