Heavy Dip-set 💥

Unfortunately, doing 3 sets of 10 reps then running off will do nothing for you if your aim is to increase your dip strength and endurance.

The key is progressive overload!!

Keep the intensity high, rest short and gradually increase the weight you’re using over time.

The work is the work.

It doesn't care about how I'm feeling, it either get done or it doesn't.

Discipline days are purely a mental battle against myself.

Discipline is also one of those things that is easier said than done. My discipline with my training and pushing myself is cool. My discipline to my rest, recovery and sleep. Terrible.

But doing shxt I don't want to do lets me flex and train that 'discipline muscle'.
