Being this annoying looks like a certain amount of fun, but stress in sports is real.

No one has ever associated me with sport, unless power talking is an Olympic category, in which case I’m going for gold, but as a hypnotherapist I’ve worked with a lot of men who have the yips or the shanks, who don’t give it their all in boxing, who approach BJJ with the wrong mindset, or who flake a tackle, or whose arms shake as soon as the square up to the oche.

The stress is real and if it isn’t knocked for six it can erode your confidence in other areas of life.
