Yogarise Queen's Park offers the best yoga + reformer pilates, hires out their treatment rooms and hosts Fierce Grace hot yoga classes. Yogaloft is proud to have been serving our local community since 2012. We’re open 7 days a week, offering classes, courses and workshops in yoga, pilates and meditation, as well as a range of holistic therapies in our two beautiful, peaceful and airy studios, both walking distance from Queens Park station. Our timetable features over 150 in-studio and online classes per week, all led by fantastic teachers. The Yogaloft teachers have been carefully selected for their knowledge, experience and inspirational qualities. Yoga, pilates and mediation bring change on all levels, nurturing mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking strength, flexibility, a sense of calm or simply good physical health, it can all be found at Yogaloft. The offers are open to new customers, as well as past customers who haven’t visited us since January 2020.

Got Saturday plans? Now you do! 🤸‍♀️ Splits + Handstands for Yogis with Everyone is welcome to this brilliant two-part workshop with options given to suit any range of flexibility.

During our splits session we will be focusing on tight hamstrings, quads and psoas muscles along with the glutes. You will leave with a greater understanding of what is involved in this posture, and the tools to continue improving it in your own regular practice.

In the handstand workshop we will be looking at handstand alignment from an acrobatic perspective. This helps us to find a straight line that is not only more functional for transitions but much safer for the shoulder girdle than the more commonly seen yoga handstand alignment. Sylvia taught herself how to stand on her hands over many years but really saw a huge change in her inversion practice when she started training in it acrobatically. In this workshop she will share tips on how to improve your line, find balance and look at some of the transitions we commonly see in flow yoga styles today such as Dharma and Rocket.
