Pleased to say despite a couple illnesses and traveling and trainings, I managed 100 yoga classes in 1 year of membership at !
I mostly hit up yin classes on my PST lunch break but also pushed myself to take some vinyasa classes and stayed committed to not letting my ego drive by modifying or skipping shapes instead of going to end-range or trying to do shapes I used to be able to do when I had a serious intermediate practice and before my shoulder injury. Although I didn't do any handstands or forearm balances like I used to, I admit I did over do it in hanumanasana/front splits once. 😅 I will say, tho, that doing basic every day haha/vinyasa shapes like warrior 2 with good alignment and muscle engagement will make you heated and challenged enough.
ASL C for 100 with my ASL 7 from a year ago (sorry BSL I'm not ready for you lol)
