I’m so looking forward to sharing this special practice with you at the beautiful Monkton Nature Reserve.

Surrounded by wildlife and peaceful nature trails, we will gather in the light-filled dome , a space full of natural energy and tranquility.

Experience the powerful fusion of Kriya breathwork, meditation, yoga, and sound healing, all centred on the Seven Chakras. These practices work together to restore harmony, awaken energy, and create deep inner balance. My unique style of teaching offers a welcoming and transformative experience, suitable for everyone.

After our practice, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the surroundings. There is a lovely cabin café on site, and you’ll have time to explore the nature reserve, walk the trails, and simply soak up the beauty of this magical place.

✨ Celebrating 10 Years of Reiki ✨
Today I reflect with deep gratitude on 10 beautiful years of walking the path of Reiki.
What began as a curiosity became a profound journey of healing, transformation, and inner awakening. Reiki has guided me through growth, challenges, and blessings, teaching me to trust energy, follow intuition, and live from the heart.
From sacred moments in India, Europe and the UK to sharing this powerful energy with Reiki Therapy and Reiki Training workshops to students from all around the world . This journey continues to remind me that healing is love in action.
I am grateful to every teacher, every student, and every soul who has shared this path with me.
Just for today…
I choose gratitude.
I choose presence.
I choose love.
Here’s to many more years of light, healing, and raising our vibration together to create more love and peace on our planet ✨

Happy New Lunar Year ✨
As the doors open to new beginnings and new opportunities, I continue to follow my path, trusting the journey of life each day and welcoming fresh possibilities with an open heart.
My adventurous free spirit is always my guide, leading me toward the experiences I truly love  travel, discovery, and sharing what lights me up. Doing what I love allows me to meet the most beautiful souls, both on and off the yoga mat.
As this beautiful chapter of growth, inspiration, and gratitude in Vietnam gently comes to a close, to return to  magical Goa with a heart full of memories and excitement for what’s to come.

The seven chakras are each associated with specific parts of the body and correspond to key glands within the endocrine system. Together, they create a powerful energetic map that reveals how certain emotions, traumas, and past experiences can become stored and held within the physical body.

When we stimulate, activate, and balance the chakras, we begin to release these energetic blockages, restoring harmony, clarity, and overall wellbeing.

A chakra may become excessive (overactive) or deficient (underactive), and both types of imbalance can influence your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Through conscious movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound vibration, the chakra system can be gently brought back into alignment, supporting a deeper sense of inner balance and wholeness.

When you heal trauma, you heal the nervous system. When you heal the nervous system, you heal the emotional body. When you heal the emotional body, you heal the psychic (empathic)body. When you heal psychic body, you heal vibration. Once the vibration is healed, realities change.
