One of the greatest things you can do for your health = get sunlight onto your skin ππΌβοΈ
Vitamin D needs 20 mins a day of sun⦠so when you cover yourself with sunscreen it blocks it.
When itβs the height of summer/ sun time I tend to cover up or use a NON TOXIC sunscreen but always always morning or afternoon exposure is great for everything:
