I have been struggling with back pain for years and physiotherapy has not been helpful. I saw a sports and exercise medicine consultant who did an MRI to identify the issue and advised me on which exercises to avoid and referred me for more physiotherapy.

Physiotherapy continued to not be effective so I decided to see whether a chiropractor could help me. Dr. Adam did a thorough examination - even more thorough than the sports and exercise medicine consultant. He found that one leg was longer than the other which was the reason for the weakness on my left side. He reset my pelvis and since then my muscles have been working much better. he also made other adjustments in my back which increased the flexibility in my shoulders/arms-before I couldn't touch my ears with my arms.

Dr Adam has always been very kind and patient with me and I'm grateful for all the help. I had heard a lot of negative things about chiropractors on the Internet so I was apprehensive about going but I'm so glad I went.. I have recommended Dr Adam to a few people.

Adam is simply amazing. I came in with a slip disc and I had tried everything, physio, drugs, even the steroid injections.

After being in pain for 6 weeks.. in the first session with Adam I got instant relief. My sessions since have got me back to normal.

The reception team are friendly and overall the cost of treatment is very reasonable!

I can not recommend him enough
(Ps for once, I was not asked to leave a review.. I’m leaving it because it’s the only way I can show gratitude for getting out of the worst pain of my life)

I was apprehensive about seeing a chiropractor but I'm so glad I did.

After seeing 3 physiotherapists, 3 sports massage therapists, and even a Sports and Exercise Medicine consultant throughout 2024 I decided to book in to see Dr Adam in January of this year.

I felt at though my pelvis was out of place but no one acknowledged the issue except for Dr Adam. He checked the lengths of my legs and confirmed that there was an issue there. He did an adjustment and my back pain has been so much better ever since. I also couldn't raise my arms all the way up but after an adjustment I was able to do so. I would recommend this place, and Dr Adam to anyone.

Great that I can also get a sports massage here. I've already recommended this place to a few people. Very happy with the service.
