Time to reconnect.☕🙏
Its been a minute so I thought I would introduce myself again as there are some lovely new faces.
Hi I'm Charlotte my brother named me when he was 6 so I'm lucky I wasn't named something worse😁.
People always assume my name is more exotic so ignore what Ive said and change it to shana or something 😂
I believe in being kind, strong and sharing knowledge.🎓
I'm a cancerian ♋ I love to travel (39 countries and counting) but home is always where the heart is and I'm a nurturing some say mothering figure.
My legs are my strongest and I can leg press 500kg but I herniated two disc's in my spine when I was a competive cheerleader in uni so I don't squat heavy but my PB bench is 100kg and I'm working on getting that strength back after lockdown 💪
I've learned on my journey so far that I'm a healer and whether that be a hug for a friend or soothing massage or meditation for my team or online program for a client or retreat I just want to help people heal and grow.🤗🤗🤗🤗
I'm addicted to coffee and cuddles ❤️☕😂 suffer with migraines, acne and PCOs. I'm dyslexic and have a degree. I'm a qualified coach and consultant and I don't fit in any one size fits all tick box, growing up mixed race wasnt easy and I sooo wanted that box, but as I've grown I'm grateful and realise we are all unique but united by the desire to be happy ❤️
On my page you will find a positive space to hopefully uplift you, share nutrition and health and fitness tips and hopefully soon some travel but if there is anything you would like to see more of please let me know in the comments ❤️🙏✨

Anyone else struggling to make plans without knowing the future?
The future is never set that's an illusion we create but you can pencil in time for selfcare something, I have found super useful for myself and my clients during this roller-coaster time 🎢

1)listing them and how they make you feel.
Think about meeting your 🔮future twin this twin has achieved all their goals is positive happy, healthy and loving life. How many of those negative habits do they still have? And what positive habits do they have?
2) What does a day in the life look like for them, and how does it compare to yours now?
Write those habits down and start with adding one positive habit from that list to your life now. Focus on what you can do and not what you can't.✨

When your life is a storm learn to dance in the snow 💃❄️🌨️😂
I know this pandemic can feel like one big storm after the other. Sometimes its like a fog and you can't see clearly other times your in the centre and surrounded by chaos and destruction. Other times your warm and cosy and safe in your house looking out the window at a distance feeling safe and happy with a cup of coco.☕😊
Its a journey but we are all in it together there is peace on earth right now and we must find the calm in our own storms.🧘🏾‍♀️🧘‍♂️🧘🧘🏾‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Trick your brain with these simple mind hacks...
🧠 Play some music, doesn't have to be classical to light up the brain that gives us pleasure 🎶🎧
🧠 Movement immediately shifts your focus try a gentle stretch or a full out head banging dance off with your mate on face time or yourself in the mirror 💃😏 yes I do this beats feeling like 💩
🧠 Journal start with 3 things you're grateful for today this will shift your focus on the positives rather than the negatives.
🧠 Meditate focus on breathing as sometimes we hold our breath when tense, which causes tension in the body and jaw (wiggle yours now see how much your holding on to.)

Fave lower body exercise you can do from home...💪
🍑Sumo squats (wider stance toes pointed to the corners of the room.)
🍑 Lying weighted or banded glute Bridge. (lay on the floor, and knees bent feet flat on the floor. Tuck your chin to chest and lift hips up to the sky squeeze the buns like you have a £50 note between your cheeks 😜 lower and repeat)
🍑 Bulgarian split squat.
With your back to a bench or chair place one foot on the chair and bend the other knee (so you could rest a wine glass on it) lean slightly forward to engage to gluteus more weights optional but encourage.
Repeat each exercise 15x 3-4 sets depending on your fitness level (not for my pregnant yummy mummies I'm affraid see or .lou for pregnancy safe exercises 😘 you will need that 🍑 strong to help support your spine remeber you can stretch more while pregnant due to relaxin hormone so try not to over stretch ###
