From massage, nutrition, chiropractic therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, homeopathy, energy healing, reflexology and more, we have hand-picked a team of independent therapists to offer the highest quality treatments and therapies from our treatment rooms across London. Spring into Summer ☀️

There’s something about this time of year. Longer days, softer light, and that feeling of a fresh start. It’s the perfect moment to move, reset, and reconnect.

Yoga is something that’s meant to be shared. Each of us arrives for a different reason. To slow down, to build strength, to find a little space in the day. And there’s something beautiful in that.

From 25th to 31st May, we’re opening our doors for a special Taster Week. Bring someone new along. A friend, a partner, or someone who’s been quietly curious about yoga. Their first class is just £5 all week.

Because some things are better together. Moving, breathing, and finding calm side by side.
Sweat together. Flow together.

April is here, and we have some amazing news to share! 🌸

and are now TWIN studios. If your membership was valid for all classes at one studio, it is now valid for all classes at both.

That means more classes, more times to practice, and more ways to move.

Explore both studios this month, try new classes, enjoy a wider variety of styles, and experience the great heat in both spaces. From strong and energising sessions to slower, grounding practices, there is something for everyone.

Welcome our newest teacher, ✨

Abi is an E-RYT 500 teacher with over six years of experience leading studio classes, international retreats, and teacher trainings. She loves the flow of Vinyasa and creates fluid, breath-led sequences that challenge the body while calming the mind. From dynamic movement to the stillness of breathwork and Yin, Abi focuses on the balance of effort and ease so every student leaves the mat feeling supported and grounded.

We’re also excited to add a new class to the schedule.

A new 4-part workshop series at Sadhana Yoga & Wellbeing designed for curious beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Shapeshifting: Foundations, Flow & Flight will help your practice evolve with more awareness, strength, mobility, and confidence. Across four sessions we’ll explore inversions, arm balances, mobility, and smoother transitions in your flow.

Expect clear drills, smart progressions, props, and practical tools to help challenging moments in yoga feel more accessible and enjoyable. You’ll leave with take-home practices and new insight to support your movement on the mat.
