To be qualified for this position you need to be able to:
-Be caring and reliable -DBS
-Read and follow detailed care plans to provide appropriate care
-Be self-motivated and well organized
-Be able to work independently and as part of a team

You will need to submit the following:

-National Insurance Number
-DBS-most current
-CV
