Sometimes it looks like:

◦ 😤 Irritability
◦ 😴 Chronic fatigue
◦ 🧠 Brain fog

You can still function — and still be depleted.

Burnout is not weakness.

It’s what happens when effort never meets recovery.

That’s conditioning.

If rest makes you anxious, you may experience:

◦ ⚠️ Rest guilt
◦ 📱 Compulsive checking
◦ 🧠 Racing thoughts
◦ 😟 Fear of falling behind

When the nervous system is wired for urgency,
stillness feels threatening.

But recovery requires stillness.

Before you start another diet… read this.

There is a difference between a fitness goal (Bikini Body)
and a burnout body.

When cortisol stays high:

◦ 🔥 Fat storage increases
◦ 😴 Sleep decreases
◦ 🍫 Sugar cravings spike
◦ 🧠 Motivation drops

You cannot punish a stressed body into compliance.

You must regulate it.

◦ ☕ You rely on caffeine to function

That’s not just “bad sleep.”

That’s a stressed nervous system.

And people internalise the damage.
