Homeopathic remedy protocol:

Onset of profuse sweat and emotional disturbance - Chamomilla
Onset of hectic fever with dusky pallor - Belladonna

Alternate Arsenicum with Ferr phos if GIT or headache related
If diarrhoea has weakened follow Aresenicum with Phos ac

Alternate Gelsemium with Ferr phos if aches/debility and weakness

(Ferr phos helps oxidise blood and helps with fatigue)

Eup per if bones hurt, very thirsty and tongue is yellow.

Ant tart if rattling cough and lots of catarrh

Pulsatilla if ears are affected, smell has gone, craving open air and wants head high, anxiety on being alone.
