The gardening project at TLC Cherry Hinton Care Home has flourished this year, bringing both beauty and purpose to their home. From seed to harvest, residents and our team members have nurtured fresh produce with care, embracing sustainable living while enjoying the simple luxury of homegrown goodness. It is great to see our own produce being used by our kitchen team and served to residents.

We’re proud to celebrate the amazing journeys of our TLC Care team members, who bring care, commitment and warmth to every day. Today, we're shining a light on Vanshaj Arora, our Yoga Therapist and Well-Being Facilitator at Kailash Manor Care Home.

Here's Vanshaj's story in his own words:

"I joined TLC Care in 2023 after moving from India, where I studied Yoga and Psychology and taught wellness practices to people of all ages. My role here involves leading yoga and mindfulness sessions for residents and supporting the wellbeing team with admin tasks. I absolutely love my job! TLC Care truly lives its values of care and compassion. The supportive environment has helped me grow professionally and I’d highly recommend TLC Care to anyone looking for a meaningful and fulfilling place to work."
