"Our family are grateful to TLC Cambridge Manor Care Home team members for looking after our 93-year-old mother with genuine kindness and care in her final stages of life. They listened to our concerns as well as respecting our mother’s own wishes, keeping us well informed at every stage. Our mother suffered at the end but we felt confident that everything was being done to help keep her comfortable and peaceful. We’ll always be grateful too that the environment was maintained to a high standard making visits comfortable and uplifting especially at sad and depressing times. The beautiful homemade cakes in the cafe, the garden and flowers on tables showed value and care for both the residents and their families. A friendly greeting from the receptionist on arrival was also greatly appreciated, especially after a difficult journey and during emotional times.
