In January, I began my Lean Lattes journey, and the benefits were incredible – I felt better, my skin improved, and my confidence soared. Over the months, I achieved huge milestones, including losing nine stone, reversing my type 2 diabetes, and completing a 5k race while raising £500 for charity. I’ve learned that lasting weight loss starts with the right mindset, not just the number on the scales. Hear Debs Incredible Lean Lattes Story ✨

I’ve now lost 44.5lbs since I started drinking the lattes. The only change to my diet has been adding two of these coffees to my daily routine instead of my usual milky coffee. They taste amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I’m certainly going to be purchasing more. I started with one in the morning and lost around 14lb then began replacing my mid-morning drink/snack with one too and that has contributed significantly towards me making better choices with the rest of my diet.
