Make a wish…
not for a place,
but for how you want to feel.
Yoga is often translated as union.
But it’s easy to say that…
and much harder to understand what it actually means.
Because union isn’t an idea.
It’s something you feel.
And more often than not,
we’re moving through life in the opposite direction.
Disconnected from our bodies.
Disconnected from what we feel.
Disconnected from our voice.
So when women come to a retreat,
this is where it begins.
Not with others —
but with themselves.
A moment to pause.
To breathe.
To notice what’s really there.
And slowly…
that connection starts to rebuild.
You feel your body again.
You hear your thoughts more clearly.
You begin to trust what you feel.
That’s the first layer of union.
And from that place,
something else naturally opens.
Connection with others.
Not forced.
Not surface-level.
But real.
Because when you’re no longer hiding from yourself,
you don’t need to hide from others.
And suddenly…
conversations feel different.
Being seen feels safer.
Sharing feels easier.
This is what I see again and again.
Union within…
extending into union with others.
Not something you try to create —
but something that happens when the space is right.
And this is the space we’re creating
inside the retreats 🤍
