Myofascia = muscle + fascia

Sitting too long.
Poor posture.
Repetitive movements.
Simply modern living where our body is not working optimally mean muscles do not work efficiently. They get stuck in a web of soft tissue called fascia.

This makes it more difficult to start exercising or do the things you used to able to do.
