Your skin reflects more than creams or treatments. What you eat affects how your skin looks and feels. Poor gut health or a diet high in sugar and processed foods can trigger breakouts, redness, or dullness.

During our summer holiday in the US with the family, I finally got a chance to try the Hailey Beiber smoothie from . It was delicious but back home, I have a green skin smoothie recipe of my own that I make.
