I, Lina Balducci and my sister Aiste Stragyte are very excited to announce that the "Retreats I love" project has grown into a sisters energy project called "Curated by sisters"! We joined our sister energies to create a safe place for your wellbeing and travel with the best intention of gathering a community of people just like you.

As we write now, we are designing most exhilarating retreat to date, visiting hidden places we can’t wait to share with you and talking to people who can bring a little sunshine to all of us. All of this whilst one of us is growing a little boy called Luca & and another one a puppy Ùkas - the naughty truffle hunter.

Summer season obsession with berries. In particular in love with wild strawberries full with iron and b1, b2, b6 and k vitamins. Did you know that even strawberries are mega rich in magnium, calcium, vitamin a, e and c. 5 little berries have the equivalent vitamin c of big orange. So hit the market and have a berry feast too!

Back at the studio today working with my 1-1s. teaching at 18:30 tonight as our Becky is one her little mini-moon in Ibiza making sure her little one gets all the vitamin D needed. Whilst for us it's not so bad too with this beautiful summer in London! I know it's hot so I prepared a gentle Pilates flow today just to check on all the body parts and keep us tall and zipped during these beautiful summer days! See you soon!
