Fill our Age-friendly survey for a chance to win a £50 voucher

After three years of working with brilliant local organisations to make Barnet a better place to grow older, we’re now in the final stretch of our Age‑friendly project. At the start, 1,000 residents shared their views in a big survey that shaped everything we’ve done since.

We’re now sending that survey out again to see what’s changed — and we’d love to hear from you. Your answers will help determine our final recommendations to Barnet Council, so every response really does count.
And as a thank you, if you leave your email address, you’ll be entered into a draw to win a £50 voucher.

On Christmas Day, there was a surprise visitor at Dell Field Court care home 🎅

Carol Pintus, Activities Coordinator said:
"We had a Christmas day filled with joy at Dell field Court. Father Christmas came, to give a presents to all our residents, including residents who had plans with loved ones for the day itself to go out.

We had a nice trolley filled with goodies to celebrate with everyone and offer a special treat to all to the sound of jingle bells.
The lunch was amazing and the kitchen staff and staff worked so hard to make sure all our residents had a very special day!"

A special thanks and mention must go to Tony, our Driver from Community Transport who helped to take residents from Dell Field Court care home in Finchley to Central London to see the festive lights earlier this month. Tony's efforts to bring a smile and joy to residents did not stop there, he put on a free concert for all residents getting them all in the festive spirit.

Tony, the Community Transport driver performed a concert for residents at Dell Field Court in Finchley, before transporting them all to Central London to see the festive lights earlier this month.

Earlier this month one of our residents at Dell Field Court celebrating their 102nd birthday 🎁🥳🎂. It was wonderful to capture special moments like this with their family. On behalf of all the team we would like to wish the resident a very happy birthday.

There has been plenty going on this festive season at Dell Field Court. Here is snapshot of some of the highlights so far this month:

🎁 Pupils from Church Hill Primary School visited to sing carols and share customised festive cards for our residents.
🎆 Residents had the opportunity to travel to visit Central London to see the spectacular lights on display around Oxford Street, Regent Street and Hyde Park.
🎅 Continuing the festivities, residents were treated to a a pantomime performance and buffet lunch.

With plenty more happening over the festive season and into the New Year, make sure to visit Dell Field Court in Finchley and capture special moments with the support of Your Choice Barnet.
