Last week & I were invited to motivate & inspire the Commercial Team at their offsite 🎤✨

We explored how many of us begin the year with massive (personal or business) goals 💥

So big that they can be overwhelming. But, when you break them down and understand the science behind mindset, then theres an easy formula 💫

It comes down to..

Incremental improvements = significant impact‼️

What can you do today for just 2 mins that will take you closer to achieving your goal?

Perhaps it’s rolling out your yoga mat to train the behaviour that you’re a person who stretches every morning 🧘

Or, maybe it’s asking some really well thought out questions on your next sales call rather than following your normal script 😎

It’s only been a week of calling in this energy and not only do I feel soo much more grounded, but already abundance is flowing my way!

Multiple new opportunities and synchronicities have appeared seemingly from nowhere. ✨

Last year was my year of being in service, and boy did I serve! We helped hundreds of people pause via retreats, events, corporate sessions and studio classes. It was so rewarding and by the end of the year, I was filled with love & gratitude. 🥰

But, also that hustle business boss woman part of me was appearing a little too much. I ended the year a little burnt out. Ironic 😅

So, this year of course I’ll still be in service of what I feel is my mission and purpose on this earth;

To help us pause, step back from the craziness, so we can live our best most fulfilled lives.🕺

But I’ll just be doing it a little slower, with a bit more ease & grace. 😇
