Cry as much as you want... Grieve... sadness comes in waves sometimes.. you have to ride it out. Accept it as it is. They'll be days that you think you're fine. Then another day, you'll be on your knees with the heaviness of it all. Cry if need be  Until you're done with it. Until you realise that maybe you can't live like that anymore. But until then, take your time.

Although some people are more comfortable talking to friends and family about their loss, some benefit from talking to a professional counsellor....The LOSS of anything is worth processing.
2020 especially has seen the loss of various things but life in general hits us with Losses often so LETS TALK ABOUT IT.

TYC believes nature is intrinsically good for the mind, whether people are troubled or not, but especially when they are struggling with things. It’s amazing how many problems can be solved through the combination of nature, motion, and human connection.

🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Denying our feelings is one of the most common tactics we as people lean into. This makes us unaware of what is happening to us and, of course, allows us to think we are ok when some times we really aren't.

We tell ourselves that we have superpowers and nothing overwhelms us. But the reality is that moving with a shield is difficult and it takes away our freedom.
Are freedom to BE....really BE.

This attitude gives us some illusion of control over our emotions, but it’s only a mirage. Some times painful things happen, but the fear of suffering makes us hide the truth.

As a balloon we can fly over some complex situations, at other times those situations  become even greater burdens and  generate far more suffering.

Counselling can help reduce suffering or simply help you through the suffering.

🌸🌸WHAT ARE YOUR TRIGGERS?🌸🌸

Why do we all have triggers?

In short, because we were all children once. Or because we inevitably all have experienced pain or suffering that we could not acknowledge and/or deal with sufficiently at the time. So as people, we typically become triggered by experiences that are reminiscent of these old painful feelings. As a result, we typically turn to a habitual or addictive way of trying to manage these painful feelings.

Therapy Can help to explore these areas and help you to heal and unplug these trigger buttons.
