Meet the Consultant: Mr Dale Ojutiku

Mr Ojutiku is an experienced Consultant Gynaecologist with over two decades of dedicated NHS service. His specialties include chronic pelvic pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, endometriosis, fibroids and prolapse. He trained in the UK and Nigeria, completing higher specialist training at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals.

Alongside his clinical work, he holds several leadership roles including Clinical Director, Governance Lead and Lead for Perinatal Pelvic Health and has been actively involved in teaching, research and training future doctors.

This is a pivotal, front-facing role at Phoenix Hospital Group, owning patient enquiries from first contact through to appointment completion, primarily within health screening.

You’ll deliver an exceptional end to end patient journey while driving conversion and revenue growth across services. It’s a true balance of commercial performance and compassionate, patient-first care.

✔ Own and convert inbound enquiries
✔ Act as a single point of contact for patients
✔ Work closely with consultants and clinical teams
✔ Achieve KPIs linked to conversion and revenue
✔ Competitive salary + performance-based commission

We’re looking for a confident, high performing sales professional who thrives in a fast paced healthcare environment and genuinely cares about patient experience. Healthcare experience desirable, not essential.
