“Health isn’t linear, and there are natural cycles to our year that impact how we feel and look. There are times of celebration and indulgence, and times to reset and reconnect. Finding real balance means embracing both, and doing so intentionally. A reset is the bridge back to feeling clear, energized, and aligned after a period of excess. It’s not about punishments or extremes; it’s about true balance and self-care.” - Rhian Stephenson, Founder of ARTAH

Here’s nutritionist approved take on the classic charcuterie board, balancing healthy fats, fibre and protein. The kind of dish that makes hosting feel simple and your guests feel guilt free.

Mind blowing fibre fact: while 30g is the recommended daily fibre intake in the UK, a major meta-analysis showed that every additional 7-10g is associated with a reduction in the risk reduction of several chronic health conditions.*

For a little inspiration, here’s what our Head of Nutrition eats in a day - proof that increasing your fibre doesn’t have to be bland or boring. Just remember: build gradually. A slow, steady increase supports better tolerance and helps you avoid the digestive discomfort that can happen when you jump to fast.

Mostly B’s: The Fibre Explorer 🔍
You’re on your way to gut greatness, but there’s room to grow. Keep experimenting — maybe add chia pudding, lentil soup, or a handful of nuts to your day. Little tweaks will take you from good to glowing.

Mostly C’s: The Fibre Queen 👑
You’re a fibre superstar! Just remember... variety matters as much as quantity, mix up your fruits, veggies, and grains to keep your gut crew thriving.
