- Asking for help isn't weakness

It's important to remind your nervous system of ease as often as you can. Help your body trust that you can come back to those feelings of ease when needed.

Maybe it’s when you're walking in nature, laughing with someone you love, or simply taking a deep breath with no pressure to do anything else.

Eating disorders can trick you into thinking you miss the illness… but what you’re really missing is how it made things feel manageable — even if it was hurting you.
