This was a picture framing workshop at a wonderful charity in Lea Bridge with our lovely teacher Harriet.

Resilience isn’t linear, but it is trainable. 🧠💪

It took 2 weeks after travelling, but my resilience is finally back to Strong. HRV has improved, sleep is deeper, and I’m feeling much more grounded again.

Back in London after a week in the US 🇺🇸 ! and as always, I could feel the long-haul travel taking a toll.
I had this drip the next day: a tailored mix of glutathione, selenium, zinc, amino acids, and B-vitamins to help my body reset.
