Scriptoria’s Strategic Communications Team has been busy supporting the World Health Organization (WHO) Global Traditional Medicine Centre as it prepared for the second WHO Global Summit on Traditional Medicine, which began today.
The three-day Summit brings together 170+ speakers and thousands of in-person and online participants across 21 plenary and parallel sessions, alongside an immersive exhibition space designed to inspire learning, reflection and collaboration. Its ambition: to advance a global movement to restore balance for people and the planet, grounded in the science, and safe and effective practice of traditional medicine.
Behind the scenes, our team has worked closely with WHO staff, content contributors and research, curation and design partners to deliver:
- the summit website
- session technical briefs
- speaker biographies
- hundreds of posters and exhibition displays.
With so many voices and tight timelines, our role was to bring clarity, consistency and coherence – ensuring a strong, unified narrative and materials that can be easily understood by diverse and non-specialist audiences.
Alongside our writing and editing expertise, rigorous project management has been critical in keeping this complex, fast-moving project on track.
If you’re managing a high-profile initiative with multiple stakeholders – and need clear, strategic communications to bring it all together – we’d love to help.
