People often ask me why I decided to study reflexology!

Back then, I was living in beautiful Sydney, Australia… and for a while worked in a high rise on the 34th floor, with a view of the stunning harbour.

I was surrounded by beauty, wonderful warm people, sea, delicious food… I was in heaven!

Small wonder then, that fate dropped in my lap the most wonderful college which taught complementary therapies. Alongside the reflexology, I also learned about aromatherapy, swedish massage, and studied counselling skills and hypnosis.

That year changed me forever. I didn’t go to uni after school, so it was my time to return to learning. It was the perfect choice!

A good friend of mine said to me this week, don’t wait to do something you really want, just go for it. And I’d echo those sentiments to any of you who are feeling unfulfilled in life.

I am thrilled that I have been asked this month to provide a workshop for women in the workplace, teaching them some hand reflexology tips for symptom relief. I hope that they will share this learning with friends and family members.

I will be joined by two fabulous experts: a menopause educator and nutrition coach who will run a session on menopause symptoms with tips on how what we eat affects us at this time in our lives, and a famous motivational movement and confidence coach, who has worked with thousands of women to instil confidence in their bodies.

World Menopause Month is in October every year and exists to raise awareness about the menopause and highlight the support options available for those experiencing it.

If you would like to offer a menopause session like no other for your employees, please get in touch! Our goal is to deliver sessions which leave our attendees feeling positive and empowered.
