Maybe you didn’t buy the "2026 New Years Resolutions Planner".
Maybe it was more like a post it note on the fridge…
or a mental one you stuck in your head sometime between
Christmas leftovers and that first day back at work.
“Right… this year I’m going to drink more water.
Move more. Sleep properly. Have more energy.
Get my s**t together.”
You care about your health.
You care about feeling good in your body and your life.
You care about you - even if it doesn’t always look like it from the outside.
And you care about actually doing the things you say you will.
There’s nothing half hearted about you.
But by the time you get to think about yourself in January,
your system is still recovering from December.
You're back doing the double shift of work and home,
navigating family dynamics, keeping everyone fed and functioning,
and dealing with all the invisible stuff you never write on a to-do list.
And just when your body has clocked that it's winter and time to take it slow,
you’re expected to undergo a total transformation because the calendar flipped.
So when week two rolls around, and the good intentions are
buried under two layers of thermals,
and the gym is sending “we miss you” emails.
It’s not because you’re not capable of being consistent.
It’s because your battery is on low power mode,
and you don't have the bandwidth to install any new apps right now.
You need more than a new pair of leggings and motivational quote
saved to your phone to get moving in the direction you want.
You need to replenish.
That’s why the first step this year isn’t to set “more goals”
that are forgotten by February -
it's to begin restoring the energy that makes achieving those
goals feel like the natural next step.
And where I start that process with my clients is food.
We figure out what works for your body and what doesn't
(spoiler: your healthy salad might be a midlife energy drainer)
Make simple tweaks to say sayonara to the cravings and 3pm crash
And shift to the 'Eating for Energy' approach,
which is never about restriction or deprivation -
it's about using "food for fuel" in a way that you enjoy and nourishes you.
I'll be showing you exactly how to do this inside my free
