Anna Morningstar - Women's Health & Wellbeing

Anna Morningstar - Women's Health & Wellbeing Health & wellbeing coach for women over 40 who are ready to stop surviving and start loving life again. This isn't about chasing perfection. I've done it.

Rebuilding energy, confidence & self-trust without diets, guilt or burnout ⭐️💪💋 After years of putting everyone else first, you're ready to take your life — and your health — back into your own hands. That's where I come in 💖

I help women over 40 reconnect with their vitality, confidence, and inner strength. Together, we focus on small, meaningful shifts that fit your real life — not crash diets, not punishing routines. Just practical, compassionate support to help you feel at home in your body again and excited about your future. It's about coming back to you — your energy, your resilience, your joy. Why I Do This Work
Because I’ve lived it. I know how it feels to look in the mirror and wonder where you went. To feel exhausted, stuck, and unsure if change is even possible. But here's the truth: transformation is possible. I've walked this path myself, and now I have the absolute privilege of walking it with others. Helping women rediscover their power isn't just my work — it's my passion. Because you deserve to feel strong, vibrant, and proud of the life you're creating. I'm still doing it. And I know — deep down — you can too. 💕💫

“‘It’s your age.’ Annoying, patronising - and only half the story. Age explains some things, but thank f**k it’s not the whole truth.”

If you’re anything like me, you can remember every word to a random 80’s pop song on the radio - but can’t remember why you just walked into the kitchen.

Bending down or getting up from a chair now comes with its own soundtrack of involuntary grunts and groans.

And you’re calling the kids by the dog’s name (when you don’t even have a dog).

But I don’t think the problem is that we’re getting older.
The bigger problem is how quick people are to dismiss us with a shrug and a defeatist, “well, it’s your age.”

Yes, some things change with age. Those “bloody hell I’m getting old” moments are real.

But writing off every stiff joint, blank stare moment, or weight shift as “inevitable” keeps us buying into the myth that there’s nothing we can do.

Which is BS.

You don’t need to feel 25 again. But you don’t need to feel 105 either. Settling for “it’s your age” means giving up too soon - and I know you’re not done yet.

👉 This is what I’m talking about Thursday at 1pm:

Join me live to bust some myths, shift mindsets, and have a proper conversation about what getting older SHOULDN'T mean👇

Why It’s Easier to Buy Hope Than Trust What Already Works...

We’ve all done it. Seen the ad, read the article, watched the reel - and thought “maybe this will finally be the thing that fixes it.”

It might be a cream, a supplement, a new diet, or the latest workout trend. It promises results, it feels exciting, and for a moment it gives us hope.

And sometimes those new things do help. But this is what I asked myself:
"Why do we keep chasing the next shiny promise, when the the stuff that is actually proven to work has never changed?"

Here's what we unpacked:

👉How the health and wellbeing industry keeps us hooked on novelty
👉Why it’s so easy to get complacent with, and drift away from, what’s already working
👉Why knowing isn’t the same as doing - and why reminders matter more than more information
👉How midlife and menopause magnify the noise - but ultimately still point back to the same foundations

So if you’ve ever thought “maybe this will finally be the answer” - only to find yourself searching again when the promise didn’t quite match the reality - this one’s for you.

Hands up if you’ve ever been tempted by the next shiny thing - a new cream, a supplement, or a health trend - thinking this might finally be the one that fixes everything?

🙋🏻‍♀️ Yep, I sure as hell have!

We all want the shortcut, the quick promise that will make it easier.

But maybe it’s less about believing it will deliver, and more about being distracted from the things that actually do work 🤔

Motivation lost somewhere between work and the washing?
Stuck at the start even when the will is there?

You want a good thing - eat better, move more, maybe lose a bit of weight - but the get-up-and-go isn’t… getting up. Often our heads jump straight to what and how, the plan looks like hard work and it's joyless.

Motivation taps out.

Or you go down the Google rabbit hole 🕳️. It gets complicated - fast. Factor in hormones/lack of sleep/life, and nothing changes - more self-doubt, more self-blame.

You stay where you are.

A few truths that help this make sense:
• When the cost feels bigger than the win, motivation drops.
• If the picture in your head is hard and all-or-nothing, your brain says no before you start.
• Motivation isn’t a personality trait; it’s a moment-to-moment “is this worth it right now?”

I’m chatting about this on Friday at 10am in my private Facebook group:
Motivation Missing? 4 Simple Questions To Get Started Now - And Keep Going Even When You Don't Feel Like It.

Do you feel like you’re saving your best mood for holidays and weekends?
Would you like to know how to turn good moments into more good days?

This week’s talk was for exactly that:

“If happiness is the high, joy is the habit - build it while nothing else changes”

✨ Joy doesn’t need life to be perfect, and it doesn’t disappear when things get messy.
✨ It’s the calm in the chaos - your anchor in the storm.
✨ It’s an inside job - where you feel most like you, most at home in your life.

Come see what “joy as a habit” looks like in real life, not theory. Instead of overthinking, you can practise your way there with presence and permission, not pressure and perfection.

Last week we talked about happiness - great when it lands, but hard to hold, and usually depends on what’s happening around us, not what we’re in control of.

This week it’s joy - the quieter, more reliable cousin.

Life is busy and hard. Even when nothing’s on fire, the bigger stuff still takes up space: a parent who needs more help; a relationship that needs repair; work that’s uncertain; rising bills; a child struggling (or leaving home and the house feels different); peri/menopause doing its thing.

While all that’s going on, the good-feels get squeezed. We’re in react-and-do mode. It starts to feel like survival of the fittest emotions - stress, worry, impatience, guilt, the organiser, the inner critic - grabbing the mic and running the show.

And even when things calm down, many of us are still quietly scanning for the next curveball.

That’s why I want to talk about joy - not a grin you glue on, but an inner sense of wellbeing that doesn’t rely on life lining up perfectly, and can sit beside hard feelings without overwhelming you.

If that sounds like something you’d like more of, join me Thursday at 1pm in my private Facebook Community 👇
